Getting started
How do I start?
Create an account, choose a data pack on the Billing page, then add the extension to Chrome, Edge or Firefox and click Connect on the Extension page of your dashboard. In the extension, paste an IP address or type a city, and click Connect.
Do I need an IP address?
No. Paste an IP when you want to match a specific person or customer, or type a city and pick it from the list, with its internet provider if you like.
Which browsers does it work in?
Chrome and Edge 120 or later, and Firefox 140 or later. Only the browser with the extension goes through the proxy; other apps keep your normal connection.
Connecting
It says my proxy login is being activated
A new proxy login takes about 2 minutes to start working after your first purchase, or after you reset it. The extension waits and tries again on its own.
Websites place me in a nearby town
IP location databases disagree with each other, so a website may show a town a few miles away. The extension tries up to three connections and keeps the closest; click "Get a new IP" to try again.
A website still shows my old location
Tabs opened before you connected keep their old connection. Click "Reload" in the extension, or reload the tab.
The extension asks me to sign in again
Open the Extension page in your dashboard and click Connect, or create a new access token there and paste it into the extension.
Data and billing
How much data does browsing use?
A typical web page is 2 to 5 MB, so 1 GB covers a few hundred pages. Video uses far more. Your dashboard shows usage per day.
When does my data expire?
After 30 days. Any top-up before then extends your whole balance by another 30 days.
Can I get a refund?
Yes: a full refund within 14 days if you've used 100 MB or less of the pack, and we fix or refund problems on our side. See the Refund Policy.
How do I turn off auto-renew?
On the Billing page, click "Turn off" on the Auto-renew card. Nothing more is charged automatically.
